It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the Our Lady of Good Counsel Primary School community. Our names are Mrs Clare Hogan (Principal) and Mr David Anderson (Assistant Principal Religious Education), and we are truly honoured to serve this wonderful school.
Our Lady of Good Counsel has a proud and rich history grounded in Catholic faith and tradition. We are committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and faith-filled environment where every child is known, valued, and supported to grow.
At the heart of our school life are the values of Love, Service, and Joy, which guide all that we do. These values shape our relationships, our learning, and the way we care for one another as a community.
Our 2026 theme, “Let Your Light Shine,” calls each of us to recognise and celebrate the unique gifts we have been given. We encourage our students to shine with confidence, kindness, and faith—using their talents to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
We also embrace the concept of being “Bucket Fillers,” where kindness, encouragement, and respect are at the centre of our daily interactions. By lifting one another up, we create a positive and welcoming environment where every student can flourish.
